### What RmqSystemAlert is the persisted form of one emitted system alert. It had no test. This pins: the entity maps to the rmq_system_alert table, and every column round-trips - the alert identity and acknowledgement lifecycle, the fingerprint that deduplicates it, the suppression chain and the labels payload. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (MyBatis-Plus entity carrier). - Restored: green.
