### What RmqTopic is the persisted form of a topic registered under an instance. It had no test. This pins: the entity maps to the rmq_instance_topic table, and every column round-trips - the topic identity under its instance, the queue counts and permission, and the lifecycle audit columns. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (MyBatis-Plus entity carrier). - Restored: green.
