It had no test. This pins: the message is required and capped at 8192 characters; the model/engine/mode overrides are optional but each bounded; and the enhance flag defaults to false - prompts are sent verbatim unless the caller opts into the rewrite. - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the message cap raised by one (red).
