### What RmqGroup is the persisted form of a consumer group registered under an instance. It had no test. This pins: the entity maps to the rmq_instance_group table, and every column round-trips - the group identity, the consumption settings (type, message model, retry) and the lifecycle audit columns. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (MyBatis-Plus entity carrier). - Restored: green.
