It had no test. This pins: every filter field round-trips, and the paging convenience constructor leaves the suppression filter unset - "not filtering by suppression" and "filtering for unsuppressed" are different questions. - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the convenience constructor's suppression default changed from null to FALSE (red).
