### What NameserverRegistryVO is a registered NameServer cluster - static address list or Kubernetes-discovered. It had no test. This pins: a static entry round-trips with its status and description while the k8s fields stay null, a k8s entry carries its namespace and resource id while the static address stays null, and a fresh entry carries no timestamps. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok view). - Restored: green.
