### What AlertRuleRuntimeVO is the live evaluation state of one rule fingerprint - status, consecutive hits, current value and the notified/next-reminder pair the runtime column renders. It had no test. This pins: the row round-trips, and a row without notifications carries no reminder. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok view). - Restored: green.
