### Environment rocketmq-studio at 779b8c0e. ### Reproduction and source evidence AgentEventProjector explicitly supports ToolDone without a remembered start. Its existing toolDoneWithoutARememberedStartHasNoDurationTest asserts that tool is null in this case. Claude result frames carry the call ID without a tool name, so the name depends on the remembered start. The live and persisted reducers retain that result, but ToolBlock calls toolDisplayName, which unconditionally calls startsWith on the absent name. Rendering the result throws and loses the transcript UI instead of showing the available output. ### Expected An unavailable tool name must not discard an observed result or crash the page. Render a localized unknown-tool label and preserve the output/status, without assigning a catalog risk classification to a missing name. Both null and omitted serialized names should work. ### Proposed fix Guard name formatting/catalog lookup and cover persisted and live orphaned result rendering, including a populated catalog. Duplicate searches for toolDisplayName and orphaned tool results found no matching fix.
