### What happened The semantic fingerprint uses the duration's lowercased text. Editing a rule from `60s` to `1m`, or `1h30m` to `90m`, changes the fingerprint although evaluation uses the same parsed duration. AlertService then deletes its evaluation state. This can lose pending progress or acknowledgement and make an unchanged condition fire again. ### Reproduction Save a native rule with duration `60s`, then update only its duration representation to `1m`. Observe deleteStatesByRule even though all evaluated fields are semantically identical. A blank duration and `0s` are another equivalent pair accepted by the parser for stored rules. ### Expected correction Canonicalize valid compact durations by their parsed value when computing the semantic fingerprint, preserve state for equivalent durations, and still clear state for a real duration change. Keep a stable fallback for legacy malformed text, whose evaluation is already handled by existing validation. Earlier #4327/#4457 established state preservation for cosmetic edits; this is a remaining equivalent-duration case. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
