### What LlmConfigDTO is the LLM provider config the settings page edits. It had no test. This pins: the provider triple with the connection settings and the cloud-vendor extras round-trip, the clear flag lets an update drop a stored key, and a fresh config is disabled with no key. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the enabled default flipped to true (red). - Restored: green.
