### What AlertRuleState is the persistable state for a rule/resource fingerprint. It had no test. This pins: the initial factory starts every rule at OK with zero hits and no timestamps, and the lifecycle timestamps (pending, fired, notified, resolved) round-trip. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the initial status drifted to PENDING (red). - Restored: green.
