### What AiTimelineVO is the replay payload one conversation page loads - items, forward cursor, active run reference and denormalized run stats. It had no test. This pins: everything travels together through the builder, and a tail page carries a null cursor and no active run - the documented contract that stops the client from issuing one guaranteed-empty request per conversation. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok envelope). - Restored: green.
