### What TopicVO is the topic row the topic pages render. It had no test. This pins: the identity, queue counts, permission and the computed traffic counters (message count, TPS, consumer group count) round-trip, and a fresh topic reads as zeroed counters rather than nulls. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the consumerGroupCount default drifted to -1 (red). - Restored: green.
