@lizhimins Supersedes #4458 (stale-bot closed with no queued review). Rebased onto the current `rocketmq-studio` — the merge is clean, and the gap is still real: base carries LIKE escaping on only two of the call sites this covers (the remaining search paths still interpolate user input into `LIKE` patterns unescaped). Same shape as before: `SqlLikeUtils` as the single escaping helper, applied across the instance/ACL/message-history/conversation/alert/audit/settings/credential search paths and the metadata provider, with the escaping behaviour pinned at three levels (unit, against-database, and per-repository).
