### What UpdateNameserverRegistryDTO updates a registered NameServer cluster. It had no test. This pins: the id identifies the entry, the name and address are required and bounded (128/512), and the optional k8s fields carry their own bounds. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the address bound raised by one (red). - Restored: green.
