### What ProxyHealthProbe.ProbeResult is the single source the proxy topology view and its health column both render from. It had no test. This pins: a reachable probe carries its measured latency, an unreachable one the -1 sentinel, and the record is value-equal. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (record outcome). - Restored: green.
