### What DLQGroupVO is one dead-letter group row. It had no test. This pins: the group with its %DLQ% topic, counters, last enqueue time, and statsAvailable defaulting to true - a group reads as having real stats until the provider says otherwise. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the statsAvailable default flipped to false (red). - Restored: green.
