### What TopicQueueStatsItem is the tool contract's queue stats row. It had no test. This pins: the broker/queue identity with the offset window and staleness timestamp round-trip, and from() carries the instance view verbatim - the tool result must not drift from the instance view. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: from() swapped the offset window (red). - Restored: green.
