CI note for the refreshed branch: the backend full-suite job failed in `ResourceOwnershipGuardTest.migrationConcurrentStartupIsIdempotentTest` with H2 constraint uk_cluster_instance_topic not found. This test and the migration code are outside this PR's diff. The PR-specific tests passed locally (PR #5878: `AclServiceTest` 82/82; PR #5842: `MetricsServiceTest` 33/33). I attempted to rerun the failed job, but GitHub requires repository admin rights for this workflow. Failed job: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38352758391/job/115148658262. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
