It had no test. This pins the degradation contract: the stub fails loudly with a 501 instead of answering an empty dashboard the user would read as "no data". - New tests on unmodified code: **1/1 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the throw replaced by a null return (red).
