### What ConsumerGroupSettingsVO is the broker-side consume settings the group settings dialog reads and writes - retry queue count and retry max times plus the three consume switches. It had no test. This pins every field plus builder/all-args/no-args agreement, with the no-args path reading as "no overrides" rather than a partially defaulted object. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (settings carrier). - Restored: green.
