### What AiRmqctlConfigVO is the snippet the AI page offers for pasting into an external agent (Claude Desktop, Cursor, ...). It mirrors the frozen TS interface AiRmqctlConfigVO in web/src/api/aiEvents.ts, so the three fields are a cross-language wire contract. It had no test. This pins the paste-ready snippet, the instance pin and the server URL, plus builder/all-args/no-args agreement. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (config carrier). - Restored: green.
