### What SendMessageVO is the answer of the dashboard's message send - the broker-side message id, the offset message id and the send time. It had no test (the sibling MessageSendOutput mapping is pinned separately). This pins the three fields plus builder/all-args/no-args agreement, with the no-args path reading as an empty result rather than a defaulted one. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (result carrier). - Restored: green.
