Native message payloads containing RocketMQ property separators passed the realtime and submit prechecks even though the Apache backend has rejected them since #6064. Add the matching precheck policy to both analysis calls for explicitly selected Apache instances, with localized blocking issues and no send-service call for invalid input. Keep U+0001 inside property values, Tag and Key legal; retain commas, Unicode and equals signs. Skip the same exact system-reserved properties and retry/DLQ prefixes as the native adapter, preserving its existing nonblocking warnings. Cloud providers do not opt into the native policy. A shared JSON contract is checked against the actual RocketMQ SDK separator constants and reserved-name set by a Java regression test, so later SDK changes cannot silently diverge from the browser policy. Fixes #6614 This is the frontend follow-up to merged #6064, not a backend persistence bypass. It does not replace #6277's reserved-name warning coverage, #6381's property-value preservation, or #5572's wider precheck localization. Existing precheck copy stays unchanged; new issue text is translated at rendering and submission boundaries. Validation: - ECS Node 20: final complete payload-preview, property-parser and TopicPage files pass all 77 cases, no skips. Native form/text submissions are blocked; the new English title is displayed; both cloud-provider controls still delegate to the send service. Legal U+0001 values, Tag and Key are preserved. - Baseline native regressions fail before the fix. The initial pasted-text page test had an ambiguous multiline placeholder locator; after correcting it, that case was independently reconfirmed to fail on baseline for the missing blocking issue, then passed in the complete final run. - Shared SDK contract: 1 Java test passes locally and on ECS Java 21, with dependency JAR SHA verification. - Official-dependency backend dev/H2 suite: 3,524 run, zero failures/errors, 3 skipped; includes architecture and Checkstyle. Official-dependency package and binary license gate pass (278 components). - Local tsc -b, Prettier and git diff --check pass. Final ECS tsc -b, lint (0 errors, 10 existing warnings), production build and web license check pass (133 components, 140 license files); all 5 license-script tests pass. The six final frontend source hashes match the pushed commit. Limits: no full frontend-suite run, live Broker/cloud-provider/MySQL integration or Docker image build is claimed.
