### What ProxyHomeVO is the state of the proxy home selector: the address list to pick from and the currently selected address. It had no test. This pins the list and the selection together - the selector only works because "current" is one of the listed addresses - plus builder agreement and that an empty home stays expressible and distinct. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (selector state carrier). - Restored: green.
