Refreshed the existing branch by a non-force merge of rocketmq-studio@779b8c0e. New head 1cd18676a6e8a799463ed81039e3b3267164791f; its published Git tree matches the locally verified tree exactly. 34 Java service/controller tests and 37 focused frontend tests (certificate page, translations, and CloudCredentialTab) passed. The UTC regressions remain, both API status tables include not_yet_valid, and all four labels use translations. TypeScript, lint (0 errors, 10 existing warnings), production build/final artifact license, and backend package/binary-license gate passed. No full local backend/MySQL or live-broker run is claimed. Exact-head CI is queued: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38444621249. Earlier CI failures belong to the older head.
