The CI failures include two shared baseline issues: the backend duplicate CsvSource import is already fixed by merged #6724, and #6728 now fixes the audit null-fixture TypeScript errors without changing production types or weakening the null regression. On its published head 15eaed37, all 16 audit tests, full tsc -b, changed-file ESLint, Vite bundle, license check (132 components/139 files), and diff-check passed. This PR's own full frontend suite passed 160 files / 1,734 tests; that does not make its failed CI run green.
