The topic-route response already exposes masterAddr, brokerAddrs and brokerIds through BrokerRouteVO, but the API field table omits them. Document the nullable master address, the broker-ID/address map (0 identifies the master), and the returned broker-ID list. This follows the docs-only direction requested in the review of #6512. The diff is limited to three field-table rows in docs/api-spec.md. Validation: checked the three fields and their types against BrokerRouteVO on rocketmq-studio 766ce9c9; git diff --check passed.
