Wang1rrr opened a new pull request, #6978:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/6978

   ## What is the purpose of the change

   Fixes #6977.

`ThreadPoolExecutor.shutdownNow()` returns tasks that were still queued
without cancelling their futures. A request already waiting in `countAll` can
consequently wait until its entire configured deadline, even though the runner
has closed and that work can never start.

Cancel the returned queued futures during shutdown so waiting requests
observe the existing interrupted outcome promptly. Running tasks retain the
existing interruption behavior.

   ## Verification

Added a regression with one running count and one queued count, a one-minute
request deadline, and a two-second bound on completion after closing the
runner. It also verifies that the queued callback never executes.

   - Before the fix: the new regression fails with `TimeoutException`.
   - After the fix: `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=InstanceResourceCountRunnerTest test`
passes all 7 tests and Checkstyle on Java 21.
