## Problem Both alert-rule list endpoints bind their search text directly to SQL `LIKE`. The general rule list searches name, while the domain-specific list searches name and metric. A literal `%` or `_` in a rule name or metric is treated as a pattern and can return unrelated rules. ## Expected behavior Keep substring matching, but escape `%`, `_`, and backslashes in user-entered search text in both list paths. Preserve the existing enabled and domain filters. ## Reproduction Create rules named `broker_1` and `brokerX1`. Search for `broker_1`; the current `%broker_1%` predicate may return both. The domain-specific search has the same behavior for metric text. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
