Loyal-Young opened a new pull request, #7110:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/7110

   ## Summary

   - Treat any zero-prefix CIDR as an open ACL whitelist, including
noncanonical IPv4 and IPv6 spellings.
   - Preserve warning severity for broad nonzero prefixes.
   - Cover both global and account whitelist severities in the ACL risk
diagnostic tests.

   Fixes #7108.

   ## Verification

   - `npm test -- --run src/utils/aclRiskDiagnostics.test.ts`: 12 passed
against the current `rocketmq-studio` versions of both files.
   - ESLint and Prettier checks passed for both changed files.
   - `git diff --check` passed.

   ## AI assistance

I used AI assistance to inspect the whitelist classification paths and draft
the zero-prefix regression cases. I reviewed the patch against the current
target files and ran the focused frontend checks locally; I will follow up on
CI and review feedback.
