Reproduced with the real rendered components in Vitest/jsdom and the accessible-name computation used by Testing Library. Node 24.19. ### Connected RocketMQ Cluster Not applicable; catalog fixtures are sufficient. No live cluster was contacted. ### Build Toolchain _No response_ ### Describe the Bug The Grafana dashboard catalog and alert-rule asset catalog render their search input and tag/severity combobox with placeholder text only. Both controls have an empty computed accessible name. A screen-reader or role/name navigation user cannot identify which search/filter control they reached, and typing makes the visible search placeholder disappear. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open the Grafana dashboards or business-alert asset catalog. 2. Inspect the searchbox and combobox accessible names or navigate the controls with a screen reader. 3. Type a search term. 4. Repeat with English and Chinese selected. Four regression cases (two catalogs x two languages) fail on unchanged production: all sixteen accessible-name assertions before and after input receive an empty string. ### What Did You Expect to See? Each search input and facet selector should expose a localized, stable accessible name before and after a filter value is entered. Existing catalog filtering behavior should be preserved. ### What Did You See Instead? The searchboxes and comboboxes are present and functional, but their accessible names are empty. The existing placeholder text is not a label association. ### Additional Context All-state PR and issue searches for both component names plus accessible/aria/label, and asset/Grafana filter names found no matching fix. #6907 concerns collapsed TagList hover content, a separate control. Scope: label the two catalog filter bars together using existing English/Chinese translations, with real-component regressions.
