### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7038 ### Brief Description When a QUEUED attach closes before a worker exists, refresh the current timeline serially to discover RUNNING rather than waiting forever for an external refresh. Only idle QUEUED snapshots trigger discovery. Requests are spaced by one second after the previous read settles and capped at thirty attempts. State transitions, navigation, unmount and read failure stop discovery. Keep the existing per-run-state attach guard and wire protocol. This completes discovery missing from the earlier #5446 state-change guard; it does not introduce automatic reconnection for arbitrary failed RUNNING streams. ### How Did You Test This Change? - New discovery and retry-budget regressions failed on baseline. - AI hook suite: 7 files, 62 tests passed. - Real timeline + run + attach hooks exercise QUEUED done, a still-QUEUED final refresh, eventual RUNNING attach, and no subsequent polling. - Deterministic timer tests cover read failure, navigation, unmount and attempt exhaustion. - Changed-file ESLint, Prettier and git diff --check passed. - npm run build passed (TypeScript, Vite, license checks). Full frontend suite was not rerun locally; CI runs repository checks. A run still QUEUED beyond the discovery budget requires an explicit reload. ### Checklist - [x] One coherent change - [x] Conventional Commit and ...Test names - [x] No new dependency, source file, UI string or backend API -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
