CI follow-up for head 1219c857b91d39a027d3ff63e099668cb64829bd: the [Backend Tests job](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/39309021422/job/118253493591) ran 3,838 tests with zero assertion failures and one error in the unchanged `ResourceOwnershipGuardTest.migrationConcurrentStartupIsIdempotentTest:565`. H2 2.4.240 reports `Index "uk_group_name" already exists` (42111) during concurrent migration startup. This publication race is already covered by the open #6963 and #7093 proposals; this PR does not change that migration or its test. The new `AlertStateMetadataQueryTest` passed all four cases in the same CI run, and `MybatisPlusAlertStateRepositoryTest` passed all eight. Backend Build, rmqctl and Frontend Docker passed; the frontend job was still running at this check. The failed backend check remains visible; no retry, skipped assertion, dependency upgrade or unrelated workaround was added. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
