## Problem Consumer-group export requests can supply `clusterId`, but the REST/controller service path drops it for instance-scoped exports and mixes clusters. ## Fix Forward `clusterId` through ConsumerGroupController and MetadataService and apply the existing instance-scoped group filter before generating CSV. ## Testing - deterministic two-cluster service/controller regression - focused export tests: 4 passed - checkstyle: 0 violations Fixes #7191 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
