   ## Problem

   The consumer-group health diagnostic uses `Math.min(...positive)` and
`Math.max(...knownQueueLags)` on the full queue-progress inventory. JavaScript
engines limit the number of arguments to a function call. A group with many
topics and queues can therefore make the detail panel throw `RangeError:
Maximum call stack size exceeded` rather than showing its health summary.

   The Apache provider returns the complete `ConsumeStats` offset table for a
group, so the web diagnostic has no page bound on this input.

   ## Reproduction

   Pass 150,000 available queue-progress rows to `analyzeConsumerGroupHealth`;
the existing `lagSkewRatio` fails at `Math.min(...positive)`. The same spread
pattern appears in the summary maximums for queue lag and heartbeat age.

   ## Expected

   Compute minima and maxima by iteration so the diagnostic remains linear in
the number of rows and does not depend on a JavaScript engine's
function-argument limit.
