## Problem The deployment script defaults to Maven image `maven:3.9.16-eclipse-temurin-21`, but the documented `MAVEN_IMAGE` examples still use `maven:3.9.9-eclipse-temurin-21`. ## Expected behavior The deployment documentation and `deploy/.env.example` should show the same Maven image that `deploy/deploy.sh` uses by default. ## Actual behavior Users copying the documented configuration select an older image than the script default, so the documented deployment configuration is inconsistent with the executable deployment path. ## Fix Align both deployment examples with the current `deploy.sh` default. ## Validation - static deployment contract check confirms both documented values equal the script default - `git diff --check` passed Fixes #TEMP -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
