Head commit for run: 32ac978563c7828c049e3669625c5d5b35284952 / iloveeyjafjalla <[email protected]> fix(web): name alert delivery statuses and channels instead of printing API codes The delivery list, its filters, its detail drawer and the alert card's delivery timeline all printed the backend's wire codes verbatim, so an operator read `RETRY_WAIT`, `DELIVERED` and `dingtalk` next to an already-translated "已投递" result column, and the status filter offered five codes instead of five choices. The codes now resolve through the dictionary in both locales; a status or channel without a label is still shown unchanged so a new backend value cannot silently disappear.
