fix(group): mark cloud consumer-group lag unknown instead of zero

Neither Tencent's DescribeConsumerGroupList nor Aliyun's ListConsumerGroups
returns lag or delay fields, so ConsumerGroupVO's primitive totalLag and
delaySeconds defaulted to 0 and every consumer group on a cloud instance
rendered a measured-looking "0" total backlog and "0s" consume delay in the
group list, regardless of the real backlog. Both converters now report the
-1 unknown sentinel the Apache provider documents (ConsumerLagResolver.UNKNOWN),
which the web already renders as 不可用 via isLagAvailable; the true numbers
remain available through getGroupProgress, which both clouds implement.
