## Problem
mq.message.query_dlq returns DLQ message items but drops diagnostic fields
that are already available from the REST/provider path: reconsumeTimes, the
lossless bodyBase64 representation, user properties, and propertiesTruncated.
## Reproduction
1. Query a DLQ group through the REST/provider path and observe the message
metadata.
2. Call rmq.message.query_dlq for the same group.
3. Compare the MCP item projection.
## Expected behavior
The MCP read tool should expose the available DLQ diagnostic metadata so an
AI/operator can distinguish retry state and inspect binary payloads and user
properties.
## Actual behavior
The MCP projection only returns msgId, topic, queueId, offset, storeTime,
keys, and the UTF-8 body.
## Fix scope
Add the four existing DLQMessageVO fields to the typed MCP projection and
catalog output schema, with focused handler and schema contract coverage. No
provider or REST behavior changes.
## Testing
MessageQueryDlqToolHandlerTest; ToolOutputSchemaContractTest; 106 MCP
handler/schema tests passed; checkstyle passed.
