## Problem
The `rmq.message.redelivery_dlq` preview shows the caller-provided
`targetTopic` without normalization. The actual `DLQService.resendMessages`
path trims surrounding whitespace before sending, so a dry-run plan can display
a different target topic from the mutation that will execute.
## Reproduction
Call the MCP tool in dry-run mode with:

"targetTopic": " orders-retry ",

```
## Expected behavior
The preview should show `orders-retry`, matching the normalized target used
by the service on execution.
## Actual behavior
The preview contains ` orders-retry ` with whitespace, while `DLQService`
sends to `orders-retry`.
## Fix
Normalize the target topic in the handler's preview projection, preserving
the existing `ORIGINAL_TOPIC` fallback and execution behavior.
## Testing
- Pre-fix deterministic regression failed for a whitespace-padded target
topic.
- `MessageRedeliveryDlqToolHandlerTest`: 9 passed.
- Checkstyle: 0 violations.
- `git diff --check`: passed.
