When I'm already logged in and try to edit settings, roller tells me that I
haven't got permissions to do this, to logout and login again

The links on the side menu show the 'Logout' link (meaning that I'm still
logged in). However if I click on the 'Settings' link a message appears that I
haven't got enough permissions to edit the settings. It is suggested to logout
and login again. But I should already be logged in.
