Partly agree. If Admin security policy disallows HTML in comments out of
security concerns, they wouldn't be too happy if Roller allowed individual blog
users to override it. Allowing/disallowing HTML is a blog-server-level
security issue (as it effects everyone, not just the individual blog owner)
that becomes rather toothless if you allow individual bloggers to override it.
OTOH, if admins allow HTML, individual bloggers should perhaps be allowed to
shut it off for their own blog(s).
