I did a census of the properties in ApplicationResources.properties and found
that there are many unused properties.
I've attached the result of my census and the script I used to do it. I have
verified by additional searches and searches within my IDE that the results for
several sample points are indeed unused.
I propose to remove all of the UNUSED properties from all
ApplicationResources*.properties (all languages).
