updated to use the 20100527 version of the OAuth JARs. It's presently using
the 2009 versions referred to above:

Furthermore, if ROME Propono is so updated, our explicit overrides of the OAuth
JARs (using the 2010 version) can be removed from our POM, simplifying it a
bit:
