Resolution: Won't Fix
Item from 2006 and never implemented. I don't think this is worth the
complexity added. For spam prevention, I think what we presently have between
shutting off HTML in comments, providing the option to require comment
moderation, a blacklist, and the Akismet plugin is sufficient.
