Glen Mazza resolved ROL-1996.
-----------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Classes LeftTag and TrimTag were removed as they were either not being used or
were replaced with a JSTL equivalent. The remaining five classes in the
ui/tags folder support the still used and useful TruncateNicelyTag and
WordWrapTag which don't appear to have more recent replacements.

> Apache Roller bundles several JSP tag libraries:
> Some date from 2001, some later merged into Jakarta taglibs, which was
> retired in 2010. See if any of these are no longer used and hence can be
> deleted, or if any can be replaced with more modern equivalents (e.g., the
> JSTL already available for Roller.)
