Glen Mazza closed ROL-1751.
---------------------------
Resolution: Not a Problem
We don't have any Planet themes any more; we need to create a theme that will
work well with a planet (and we have a separate JIRA for that) similar to
rollerweblogger.org, but that theme will also include the templates for a blog
so one can blog with it.
We do have a single "front page" theme, but that's already apparent enough by
its name and illustration that it's not meant for general purpose blogs.
> Request a mechanism to 'tag' Planet themes as unsuitable for general blogs.

> Project: Apache Roller
> Issue Type: New Feature
> Components: Themes and Macros
> Affects Versions: 4.0
> Environment: ALL
> Reporter: Dick Davies
> Assignee: Roller Unassigned
> Priority: Minor
>
> Currently, users are able to select the Planet theme when customizing their
> blog.
> This understandably breaks the layout of a standard Roller blog.
> We'd like a way to flag themes as Planet or blog themes, so only the
> appropriate themes
> appear in a given dropdown menu.
> Dave Johnson thought this sounded like a good idea, so I'm filing this RFE.
