Glen Mazza updated ROL-2025:
----------------------------
Description: On the theme customization file list page, there is one column
which identifies whether a resource file can be deleted or not. Does not
appear to follow any useful pattern about why some can be deleted and others
not. (was: On the theme customization file list page, there is one column
which identifies whether a resource file is locked (cannot be changed) or
writable. There appears to be no rhyme or reason about what causes a file to
be writable. I would guess all resource files should be writable--or at least
determine why some files are designated read-only.)
Summary: No apparent algorithm as to why custom theme files are marked
deletable. (was: No apparent algorithm as to why custom theme files are marked
read-only)
