Typically I'm using the following procedure to publish an entry:
# Write the draft of entry in my favorite editor application
# Copy and paste the draft into "Content" textarea in Roller
# Hit "Save as Draft" and "Full Preview" to check formatting
# Tweak the draft and return to 3
Every time page transition happen in the iteration of 3-4, And it resets
position of caret in textarea. I wish the editing page could use AJAX to
prevent annoying page transitions when hitting "Save as Draft" and "Post to
Weblog" buttons.
